This blog site aspires to share to either surfers or passersby, finance professionals or otherwise, some of the stories, encounters, and maybe good laughs that an aspiring investment banker and entrepreneur chanced upon or became interested in while being part of the workforce in the Philippines’ financial district.
Hopefully, the character behind this blog will eventually be able to convey some of his ideas and viewpoints on certain matters involving the complicated world of finance and business in general.
In case you’re wondering, this blog was a concept suggested by his friend with whom he always seeks guidance and advice in the professional and personal aspects of his life. When his friend sent him this article, he felt that it’s about time for him to be more serious in his efforts of climbing the industry’s ladder of success, and this blogsite will hopefully help him become a better analyst and leader in the corporate ladder. Thus, this blog and the blogger owes a great deal to this friend.
The blogger is also grateful to the Managing Director of his very first employer. Mr. Director sends him a lot of interesting finance and economics related tidbits in his gmail account. If not for Mr. Director, he wouldn’t be able to share interesting stuff in this seemingly boring and trying hard blogsite.
